Feeder controls are self-contained maintenance-free hydraulic elements. When the piston is pressurized, the hydraulic oil is displaced via the adjustable throttle opening. This results in a constant feed speed via the stroke, that prevents e. g. stick-slip effects at pneumatic cylinders. The feed rate is adjusted from the outside by twisting the adjustment segment. FA, MA and MVC are also hydraulic dampers without free travel for regulating feed speeds, similar to the VC series. Feed oil brakes are ready-to-install, leak and temperature stable. The tried-and-tested rolling diaphragm up to 55 mm stroke serves as a dynamic sealing element for hermetic sealing as well as volume compensation of the piston rod and reset element. Due to the precise adjustment segment, speeds of 12 mm/min can be used, with low feed force. They can be used in sawing, cutting, grinding, drilling, etc. in the processing of plastic, wood, metal and glass.
