The material is approved by FDA (FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. ) and meets EU's regulation EU 1935/2004. The cup is transparent with no addition of pigments. The same applications as for short bellows but can cope with greater differences in levels due to the longer lifting movement. Not suitable for use with deep vacuum levels. Can be equipped with reinforcement rings of polyamide to give extra stability.
Piab PAOF is een ovaal vlak vacuümzuignap voor langwerpige metalen plaatdelen. Gemaakt van zwart Nitril-PVC 60 Shore A (siliconevrij) met M10-male aansluiting en brede afdichtingszone voor droog én olieachtig werk.

Long lasting high-end silicone material.
A low percentage metal additive (Fe) is mixed with the rubber material to make it detectable. Less amount of Fe-powder added compared to Blue version (0202850).
Suitable for bakeries for use with handling seeded product
Suitable for level adjustment.
Available with male threaded food grade, detectable plastic fittings or acid proof stainless steel fittings. The fittings are separable.
Additional fitting option – retainer clip for standard belts used for bread de-panner.
Easy to clean with hygienic design. No dust/dirt pockets.
Low vacuum level needed to collapse bellows. Reduces risk for damaging the handled bakery product.
