De EX260-serie is een compacte en kosteneffectieve veldbusoplossing voor uitgang die toepasbaar is op de populairste SMC-regelkleppen, zoals de New SY-, SV-, VQC- en S0700-serie. Het kan tot 32 magneetventielen in één verdeelblok besturen. Beschikbare protocollen zijn EtherNet/IP™, PROFINET®, EtherCAT®, PROFIBUS DP®, DeviceNet™ en CC-Link. De EX260-serie heeft standaard dubbele poortconnectiviteit om schakelaars of aftakconnectoren overbodig te maken, waardoor de kosten voor bedrading en componenten worden verlaagd. De IP67-behuizing biedt bescherming tegen stof en vochtige omgevingen.
